Reflection

There are moments when the path ahead feels quiet and unclear when every turn seems hidden by mist and we’re asked to walk without answers. In those moments, faith becomes more than belief; it becomes movement. One step. Then another.

God never promised that we’d always see the road, but He promised that His presence would light each step. Faith is trusting His voice in the dark, believing that even if we can’t see the full picture, He’s already standing in the place He’s leading us to.

When we can’t trace His hand, we trust His heart. Each step we take in faith leaves a footprint of surrender, marking a trail where His grace has already gone before us.

Taking a Step Forward

How does Hebrews 11:1 — “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” — connect with 2 Corinthians 5:7 — “For we walk by faith, not by sight”?

Prayer

Lord, help me walk by faith when I cannot see the way. Teach me to trust that every step forward, though uncertain to me, is certain to You. Guide my feet, steady my heart, and light the path with Your peace. In Jesus’ name, amen
