Healing for the Mind

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
Isaiah 26:3

Reflection:

Our thoughts shape our peace. When life feels heavy, it’s often our inner dialogue that magnifies fear instead of faith. But God calls us to renew our minds daily — to let His truth replace every anxious thought with assurance, every “what if” with “God will.” True peace is not found in control, but in surrender. It begins the moment we stop striving and start trusting.

Scripture Toolkit:

Faith Practice:

  • Breathe deeply and silently pray, “Lord, renew my mind.”
  • Write down one worry and one truth from Scripture that replaces it.
  • End with gratitude — thank Him for a sound, peaceful mind.
