Verse Mapping
Discover the deeper meaning of God’s Word one verse at a time.
What It Is:
Verse Mapping is a creative and intentional way to study Scripture. It helps you slow down, notice details, and see how every word in the Bible connects to God’s larger story — and to your own walk of faith.
How To Do It:
Choose a Verse — Pick a verse that speaks to your current season.
Write It Out — Copy it carefully on paper or in your Verse Mapping Template.
Compare Translations — Read 2–3 different Bible versions (KJV, NIV, ESV, etc.) and note any differences in wording.
Define Key Words — Look up significant words in a concordance or app like Blue Letter Bible to uncover the original Hebrew or Greek meaning.
Find the Context — Read the surrounding passage to understand what was happening and why.
Reflect & Apply — Ask, “What is God revealing to me here?” and “How can I live this truth today?”
Pray the Verse — End by thanking God for His Word and asking Him to make it real in your life.
